Is your jewelry safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our jewelry is designed for all skin types and is completely free of nickel, lead, and other harsh chemicals. The materials we use—such as 316L stainless steel, PVD coatings, gold filled metals, and .925 sterling silver—are hypoallergenic and resistant to tarnishing.
They are safe for those with sensitive skin and will not discolor, irritate, or turn the skin green.

 

What is the difference between PVD and Gold Filled jewelry?

PVD
PVD is a modern, high-quality coating process that bonds a layer of gold to the surface of a base metal, typically stainless steel, at a molecular level. This results in a durable finish that resists tarnishing, fading, and scratching. Jewelry with a PVD coating is long-lasting, waterproof, and maintains its shine even with regular wear.

Gold Filled
Gold filled jewelry consists of a thick layer of real gold that is mechanically bonded to a base metal, using heat and pressure. This layer is much thicker than gold plating, providing a rich gold appearance that will not easily flake, chip, or wear away. Gold filled jewelry offers a long-lasting, high-quality alternative to solid gold.

What is the difference between 316L Stainless Steel and .925 Sterling Silver?
