• Non-Custom Jewelry: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

• Custom Jewelry & Charm Bar Items: Because these pieces are handcrafted just for you, please allow 7–14 business days for production before shipping.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

• We use reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely.

• Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier, location, and unforeseen circumstances.

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and shipping method.

• Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties for international orders.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

• We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged after delivery. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your order arrives safely.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos so we can assist you.

5. Changes to Shipping

• Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are in production or shipped.
